  • ADVANCE NOTICE OF PESTICIDE TREATMENT
    Attention: Parents / Guardians of students attending this facility: This facility utilizes an Integrated Pest Management approach for pest control, employing non-chemical methods that include sanitation and exclusion to control pests. However, from time to time a pesticide application may be necessary to control certain pests. Please be advised that a pesticide is expected to be applied to control weeds. The approximate location of this pest control treatment is all exterior school complex locations, including sporting fields. The anticipated date of treatment will be Friday, July 14, 2017.

  • Notice of a Public Hearing On Proposed 2017-2018 Budget
    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., at Mayville High School, 6250 Fulton St., Mayville, Michigan, the Board of Education of Mayville Community Schools will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed 2017-2018 budget. The Board may not adopt its proposed 2017-2018 budget until after the public hearing. A Special Meeting will take place upon conclusion of the Budget Hearing for subsequent budget adoption and amendments. A copy of the proposed 2017-2018 budget including the proposed property tax millage rate is available for public inspection during normal business hours at 6250 Fulton St., Mayville, Michigan. A proposed increase in the property tax millage rate to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. This notice is given by order of the Board of Education.
